CLEJUSO No. 13 is an exceptionally substantial pair of chain handcuffs made of nickel-plated die-cast zinc. At approximately 24 mm thick and weighing approximately 1,050 g, it is considerably heavier and more substantial than standard handcuffs. This model is intended for professional users, collectors and private customers looking for an unusually robust design.

Two chain links connect the cuffs. The model offers 16 locking positions and an easy-to-operate double-lock function. This helps prevent unintended further tightening and supports controlled handling. The usable inner circumference ranges from approximately 150 to 200 mm.
